Slimbook Executive is a Reasonably High-End Linux Powered Laptop

The Slimbook Executive is one of the brand’s latest hardware offerings that’s targeted towards professional who required a powerful piece of equipment to handle their everyday workflow. It aims to compete in the segment of high-end ultrabook laptops, such as the Microsoft Surface or the ASUS ZenBook Ultralight, both in performance as well as in design and dimensions.

This laptop comes as a new member of the family with enhanced features versus the Slimbook ProX. The Slimbook Executive has greater lightness, a more robust construction, higher screen resolution, a battery with more capacity for greater autonomy, and improvements in connectivity.

Our new ultrabook bests even our top sales champion, the Slimbook ProX. The Executive is even lighter, has a sturdier chassis with an elegant and minimalist design, a higher resolution display, larger battery and better I/O.

Slimbook Executive weighs 2.2 pound (1kg) and measures 0.59″ (15mm) thick. It is powered by an 11th-generation Intel Core i7 processor with eight cores and boasts a base frequency of 2.8 GHz along with a maximum frequency of 4.70 GHz.

The notebook can be configured with a choice of operating systems including Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Linux Mint, Manjaro, Fedora, or KDE Neon. You can also request a dual-boot version with Windows + another operating system. In addition, the notebook also offers a range of keyboard layouts including US, UK English, French, German, and Spanish.
