OBS Studio has pushed out version 32.0.1, a hotfix update aimed at cleaning up several issues introduced in last week’s 32.0 release.
The most urgent fix addresses a potential crash on Windows that could occur when users open source properties, something that had been tripping up streamers right after updating.
Another bug—browser sources breaking after switching scenes—which sometimes led to higher resource usage, has also been resolved. Audio handling saw a correction, too: the new audio deduplication logic in 32.0.0 had problems when an Audio Capture Source was used for monitoring, so that’s been patched up.
Additionally, 32.0.1 restores Multitrack Video settings for Custom Services, which were previously missing in the last release. For more information, refer to the changelog.
