LibreOffice 25.2.7 Rolls Out with 43 Bug Fixes

LibreOffice 25.2.7 open-source office suite wraps up the 25.2 branch with stability, crash, and compatibility fixes across Writer, Calc, and Impress.

The Document Foundation has just released LibreOffice 25.2.7, now available for download on Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms, as the final maintenance update to the 25.2 series for this popular open-source office suite.

The update brings 43 bug fixes, with the most important ones being:

  • General stability: Numerous crash fixes related to Undo operations, style changes, and text imports from DOCX and DXF files.
  • Writer improvements: Fixes for crashes when editing paragraphs, handling of mirrored page numbers, and reliability in showing headers and footers.
  • Calc fixes: Resolved issues with the COUNTIFS() and SUMPRODUCT() functions, decimal number comparisons, and cell comment stability.
  • Impress and Draw updates: Corrected crashes when changing slide transitions, fixed displaced SVG text elements, and improved rendering of EMF transparency.
