TUXEDO Nano Pro Gen15 Linux Mini PC Packs 16 Cores into a Tiny Chassis

The new TUXEDO Nano Pro Gen15 combines a 16-core Intel processor, up to 128GB DDR5 RAM, and PCIe 5.0 storage in a compact design.

German Linux hardware manufacturer TUXEDO Computers has announced the Nano Pro Gen15, the latest generation of its compact Linux mini PC. After several generations with AMD processors, the company switched back to Intel, equipping the new model with a 16-core Core Ultra X7 358H processor based on the Panther Lake architecture.

Despite its hardware capabilities, the Nano Pro Gen15 measures 110 × 117.5 × 49 mm and weighs about 1 kg. It can sit on a desk or be mounted behind a monitor using the included VESA mount, making it suitable for space-constrained workstations and home labs.

The processor combines four Performance cores, eight Efficient cores, and four Low Power Efficient cores, with clock speeds reaching 4.8 GHz. It is paired with Intel Arc B390 integrated graphics featuring 12 Xe3 cores, providing hardware acceleration for graphics-intensive applications, gaming, and local AI workloads.

According to TUXEDO, the graphics processor can handle older and less demanding games at Full HD resolution with high settings. More demanding titles may also be playable with reduced graphics settings and upscaling technologies such as Intel XeSS or AMD FSR.

The company also highlights local AI processing as a use case. Since the integrated graphics share system memory instead of dedicated video memory, the system can accommodate larger AI models when configured with enough RAM. Applications such as Alpaca, Moose, and LM Studio can run language models locally without relying on cloud services.

Regarding memory, the Nano Pro Gen15 supports up to 128GB of DDR5-7200 RAM through two upgradeable SO-DIMM slots. Storage options include two M.2 NVMe SSD slots, with the primary supporting PCIe 5.0 x4 and the secondary PCIe 4.0 x4.

The mini PC also includes Thunderbolt 4 via USB4, an extra USB-C port, three USB-A ports, two HDMI outputs, dual 2.5GbE Ethernet connections, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 6.0. It can drive up to four 4K displays simultaneously, although the HDMI outputs are limited to 4K at 60Hz under Linux.

On the software side, the system is available with TUXEDO OS, the company’s Debian-based Linux distro featuring KDE Plasma. Other Linux distributions can be installed manually or using TUXEDO’s WebFAI installation tool.

This generation also adds fan control via TUXEDO Control Center, letting users adjust cooling behavior and other system settings. The company also offers optional full-disk encryption and Linux-focused technical support.

Finally, maintenance is relatively straightforward, with four screws providing access to the RAM slots, SSD slots, and wireless network card for upgrades or replacement.

For additional details, see the manufacturer’s website.

The TUXEDO Nano Pro Gen15 is available for preorder starting at €1,470, excluding VAT and import duties. The base configuration includes the Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor, 16GB DDR5 RAM (2 × 8GB), a 500GB SSD, and TUXEDO OS. Shipping is scheduled to begin in mid-November 2026.
