OpenRazer 3.11 Adds Support for 2025 Razer Laptops and New Peripherals

OpenRazer 3.11 adds support for Razer Blade 2025 models, as well as new mice and keyboards, bringing better Linux integration for Razer devices.

The OpenRazer project, an open-source driver and user-space daemon that brings Razer hardware support to Linux, enabling control over RGB lighting, fan speeds, and power profiles across the company’s ecosystem of devices, has announced version 3.11, bringing expanded Linux support for Razer’s 2025 hardware lineup and several long-awaited fixes and improvements.

This update introduces compatibility for 11 new Razer devices, including the brand’s latest 2025 laptops and peripherals, so Linux users can now take full advantage of Razer’s latest gaming and productivity gear:

  • Razer Blade 14, 16, and 18 (2025)
  • Razer Pro Click V2 and Pro Click V2 Vertical Edition
  • Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro (wired and wireless)
  • Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Phantom Green Edition
  • Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL
  • Razer BlackWidow V4 Mini HyperSpeed
  • Razer Firefly V2 Pro
  • Razer Tomahawk ATX

Beyond hardware support, version 3.11 delivers a series of bug fixes and code cleanups that improve overall stability and compatibility:

  • Correct key mapping for Ornata V3 Tenkeyless
  • Fixed media key issues on the DeathStalker V2 Pro
  • New DRIVER_MODE variable for the daemon
  • Better support for Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed
  • Cleanup and minor fixes to Python type checking and driver inheritance
